Brendan Tibbs

Brendan hails from Oxford, England and now resides in Australia. He has worked and exhibited as a jeweller in the USA, Australia, France, England, Sweden and Japan.

He is inspired by the ocean in Western Australia and tries to capture its colour, movement, light, rhythm, dynamics and texture in his jewellery. He believes that enamel and pearls are the perfect mediums to express the beauty of the sea with all its wonderful shades of blues and greens. Brendan sometimes portrays a small island as a piece of textured 24kt gold surrounded by turquoise sea as seen from an aeroplane.

Brendan is currently enjoying working with semi-transparent enamels, tyring to recreate the effect of looking through turquoise waters to the rippling texture of the sand beneath.

Rita Winkler

Rita Winkler is a jeweller who creates individual artwork for men and women in sterling silver, 24ct gold, various gemstones and pearls.

Her designs encompass a vast range of rings, earrings, pendants, lapel pins, cuff links, bangles and brooches.

Since her emigration to Australia in 1985 she has taken part in many exhibitions here and overseas. She works for selected renowned galleries throughout the country from where her work is collected worldwide.

Either architecture or nature inspires most of her designs. Looking outward, here she transforms that which already has been put into form. A reflection of her outlook on life as well as the basic issues of human kind inspires her to look inward. Here she puts into form that which has no form.

Sharon Abbott

Sharon began making jewellery when she was pregnant. It started as a hobby but when family and friends wanted to buy her pieces she decided to set up a mini business from home.
 
Shaz has been collecting beads for 21 years.  She started with antique beads but now sources beautiful beads from all over the world.  She loves to work with pure silver, sterling silver and 14crt gold filled wire – and occasionally 9crt gold.  Sharon loves to incorporate buttons of which she has a large collection and makes all her jewellery with lots of  love and pizzazz.
